Please upload only images you own or have permission to use. Your image is used solely to review and create your order and will not be published for marketing without your separate permission.

After reviewing the images and requirements you provided, we will create a sample based on the order sequence and share photos of it with you for confirmation. You are entitled to three rounds of reasonable revisions before the final design is approved. Upon approval, we will prepare all the materials you need for your DIY project according to the sample.

Please note that if you remain dissatisfied after three rounds of revisions and decide to request a refund, , we will refund 30% of the order amount, as costs associated with design, production, and communication have already been incurred.

Clear subjects, simple backgrounds and well-lit photographs work best. Complex group photographs, dark images and highly detailed scenes require review or a custom quote.

Every trimmed tessera varies slightly in shape, color, and pattern. Your handmade artwork will have its own individual character and may differ subtly from the photographs.

Display indoors after finished, keep away from prolonged moisture and direct impact, and dust gently with a soft, dry brush or cloth.

If there are any quality problems, missing products, or package loss for the order, please contact us with pictures and videos of the artwork in 7 days after you receive the order. We will provide full refund, partial refund or product exchange. Customer Service Email: support@chromascence.com.
